• Your banner is rejected in review and never goes live.
• Someone outbid you before your banner was approved, so it never had its turn.

Refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

• Your banner went live, even for a few minutes. Once it is up, the money is spent.
• Someone outbid you after your banner had already been live.
• You changed your mind, or the campaign underperformed.
• Your banner was removed for breaking the Content Policy.

Ask before you bid rather than after. Once a banner is live, the money is spent.
