• Misleading claims, fake testimonials, guaranteed-returns pitches.
• Impersonation of brands or people you don't represent.

• Images that mimic system alerts, cursors or fake buttons.
• Flashing or seizure-risk animation.
• Destination pages that differ materially from the banner.

Rejected before going live: full refund. Removed after going live for a policy breach: no refund. Repeat offenders are blocked from bidding.
